To receive the free couture prom dress, be featured in a Forsh’e print advertisement and to receive a photo shoot with fashion photographer Daren Gray  you must complete the program.  The program is that you must refer 10 people that purchase a prom dress from Forsh’e Boutique.

For each person you refer you will receive $25 credit towards your own dress once you reach 10 referrals  who purchase a dress you will receive your dress free along with becoming a Prom Dress  Diva.

Deadline for referrals is 10 business days before your prom. This program has no cash value

Registration fee
There is a $25 registration fee the registration fee is the deposit for your own dress. Once you  refer 10 people who purchase a dress the $25 will be refunded. If you do not refer 10 people then your $25 will be applied to the purchase of your dress
