Refunds/ Exchanges
At Forshe’ Boutique Inc. all garments are custom made, unless specified. We inspect ALL items before shipping. Therefore, ALL sales are final. Custom orders are “made for you” so we DO NOT issue refunds on any custom items.
We do NOT offer exchanges for custom items. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size. If you need help with choosing your correct size, please contact us. When ordering anything custom, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected, in which case this has to be done on your end, at a local business of your choice.

Deposits/ Shipping
Deposits: once your deposit is made, materials are ordered, so deposits are non- refundable
Shipping
All items are made to order (unless otherwise noted). Please allow up to 2-6 weeks from the date of purchase for your item to be made and prepared for shipping. If you need an item sooner, please email us at forsheboutique@aol.com to check availability BEFORE placing your order. Note you cannot cancel an order once we begin the process. If you cancel anytime during the process, you forfeit your deposit. We don’t ship on weekends.
Bridal/ Gowns
The processing time for gowns may take anywhere from 6-12 weeks in most cases, the exact details can be discussed prior to ordering. Text 404 536-5953 with concerns.
Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking information at the email you provide with your order. Forshe’ Boutique Inc. includes insurance on all items, but we are not responsible for postal service error.
